令你畫出色彩人生

本港人口老齡化，慢性病年輕化及護士人手短缺問題嚴重，政府及醫院機構非常重視護士的教育和專業發展。因此，香港中文大學( 中大) 醫學院那打素護理學院於二零零九年開辦了「護理科學碩士( 註冊前) 課程」。這是個三年全日制課程，專為有志成為註冊護士的大學畢業生而設。課程包括八個學期的理論和四個學期的實習。學生每年都會被安排到不同醫護機構，包括醫院內不同專科、長者中心、幼稚園、精神康復中心實習。課程著重培養學生從多角度學習及實踐護理的藝術和科學，提升客觀思考及解決問題的能力, 使其能為病者提供高質素的護理服務。學生修畢三年課程後，將可獲中大頒授護理科學碩士名銜，同時又獲得香港護士管理局註冊護士( 普通科) 的專業資格。

此課程採用多元高效的教學模式，課程設計靈活創新，內容廣泛及全面。除基礎護理、藥劑學、解剖學、生理學、微生物學及多個相關學科外; 更包括管理、法律、社會、倫理、心理及溝通技巧等綜合科目，全方位培育護理專才。令畢業生具備高水平的專業知識和技巧，適合在不同類型的醫護機構包括急症醫院，康復醫院及社區服務機構等，從事專業的護理工作。學生及畢業生優秀的工作表現和熱誠的服務態度，屢獲僱主、病者及其家屬高度表揚，備受讚許。

受訪的畢業生普遍認為這個課程著重培育學生的護理專業知識和技巧，教導他們要盡心關愛及照顧病者的需要，將「全人護理」概念融入日常的護理工作中。他們很感謝負責課程的教授和講師們對他們的悉心教導，既為他們奠定紮實的護理知識基礎，也培育出他們臨牀的專業態度和能耐。入讀此課程，不但令他們開展有意義的護士人生，而且當中的全方位綜合培育，引領着他們未來無限的發展潛力。

Master of Social Sciences in Media, Culture and Creative Cities [MSocSc(MCCC)] has been offered by the Department of Sociology at the University of Hong Kong since 2013.
